Our inaugurating fundraiser will be held on Monday 9th November in the Strangers Dining Room at Parliament House, Macquarie St, Sydney. Brad Hazzard, Minister of Family and Community Services will be our host.

Mike Munro will be our after dinner speaker. He is an Australian journalist and television presenter, prominent on our television screens across 4 decades. In 2014 he was given the award of Member of the Order of Australia (AM), for “significant service to journalism … and to the community as an ambassador for a range of charitable organisations”.

Julie McCrossin will be our MC. She is an Australian radio broadcaster, journalist, comedian and campaigner for women’s and gay rights. She is best known for her role as a team captain on the news-based comedy quiz show Good News Week between 1996 and 2000.
